In the world of film and TV production, a delay in delivery of building materials can lead to major problems. 

With Reel Supplies now open from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturdays, productions have the option to pick up deliveries on the weekend.

“Customer service is our No. 1 priority,” says Jess Forrester, Vice President of Operations at Reel Supplies. “Since a lot of orders are placed late on Fridays, we want to give our customers the opportunity to pick up supplies on the weekend.”

So far, it’s been a tremendous success. The team is hearing positive feedback and we’re happy to add one more accommodation that makes our customers’ lives easier.
