Entry-Level Warehouse Associate

As a building supply company dedicated to the TV and film industry, we supply lumber, sheet goods, and specialty items for set building. As an Entry Level Warehouse Associate your primary responsibilities will be to provide labor assistance in preparing customer orders, maintaining inventory and equipment, and overall ensuring smooth and safe warehouse operations. This team-oriented position requires dependability and adherence to procedures, with a focus on safety and attention to detail. We are seeking an employee with a good work ethic, a great attitude, a team player mentality, and who is eager to grow in this business with us.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the loading/unloading of materials from incoming deliveries and stack them to assigned places

  • Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs

  • Comply with company policies and legal guidelines

  • Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities

  • Clean and maintain warehouse in an organized manner

  •  Execute manual tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse

  •  Review special orders from management

  •  Demonstrate dependability, prioritize safety, and follow established safety procedures

  • Collaborate within a team-oriented environment

SKILLS

  • High school diploma or equivalent working experience

  • Excellent physical condition and coordination

Forklift Operator

As a building supply company dedicated to the TV and film industry, we supply lumber, sheet goods, and specialty items for set building. We are looking for an experienced forklift operator (8K + LB) to move building material around our facilities. You will be operating a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety. Your job could involve driving around warehouses, storage spaces, and on the yard. You must be a responsible individual with great experience in driving industrial vehicles. The goal will be to ensure that material and products will always be at the right place to achieve customer satisfaction. We are seeking an employee with a good work ethic, a great attitude, a team player mentality, and who is eager to grow in this business with us.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Unload materials from incoming deliveries and stack them to assigned places

  • Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage and customer pick up

  • Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies

  • Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance

  • Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs

  • Comply with company policies and legal guidelines

  • Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities

SKILLS

  • High school diploma or equivalent working experience

  • Proven experience as forklift operator with medium to large forklifts (3+ years)

  • Valid certification to operate forklifts

  • Excellent physical condition and coordination

  • Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 LBS

  • Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment

We are looking for an experienced Jon-CDL driver with a good, clean driving record. You will be operating a DOT truck with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety. Your job could involve driving around the city picking up and dropping off building supply materials. The goal will be to ensure that material and products will always be at the right place to achieve customer satisfaction. We are seeking an employee with a good work ethic, a great attitude, a team player mentality, and who is eager to grow in this business with us.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver material to local studio/film locations

  • Pick up material from local vendors

  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of building materials and safe driving procedures

  • Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies

  • Maintain Driver's logs of all delivery paperwork with appropriate signatures

  • Comply with company policies, legal guidelines, and all necessary DOT paperwork

  • Help maintain a safe and orderly environment on the road

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

SKILLS

  • High school diploma or equivalent working experience

  • Valid driver's license Clean driving record and no DUI in the last 7 years (background & MVR required)

  • Proven experience in a driving position (3+ years)

  • Attention to detail and familiarity with DOT regulations

  • Ability to pass a DOT physical

  • Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 LBS

  • Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills

  • 21+ years of age

Your job could involve driving around the city picking up and dropping off building supply materials. We are seeking an employee with a good work ethic, a great attitude, a team player mentality, and who is eager to grow in this business with us.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver material to local studio/film locations

  • Pick up material from local vendors

  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of building materials and safe driving procedures

  • Operate construction equipment, such as semi-trucks and trailers ("low boys”) Consistent with DOT classification CDL-A

  • Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies

  • Maintain Driver's logs of all delivery paperwork with appropriate signatures

  • Adhere to all safety requirements particular to equipment including Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations

  • Comply with company policies, legal guidelines, and all necessary DOT paperwork

  • Help maintain a safe and orderly environment on the road

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

SKILLS

  • High school diploma or equivalent working experience

  • Have valid Class A CDL with acceptable driving record 

  • Valid driver's license Clean driving record and no DUI in the last 7 years (background & MVR required)
